Sen. Robert Menendez (D-NJ) says he is not guilty and will not resign following his indictment on federal corruption and bribery charges. He is accused of using his influence to benefit three businessmen and the government of Egypt. He said the half a million dollars in cash found in his home was from his personal savings, not from bribes, and he kept it for emergencies.
