Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky arrives in Washington, DC ahead of Tuesday’s meetings with President Joe Biden, House Speaker Mike Johnson, and a speech to Senators, to try to unlock the $61 billion in aid for Ukraine requested by President Biden, which has been stuck in Congress over Republican insistence that U.S. immigration and border security reform be attached to it.
