Senate Minority Leader McConnell spoke on the Senate floor following the Senate’s summer recess. This was his first on-air remarks, following two health scares: freezing before reporters’ cameras. The Capitol’s attending physician said in a letter that the GOP leader did not suffer a stroke or seizure and is not suffering Parkinson’s disease following those events.
