Russians are Using Rubber instead of ERA on their Tanks

Missing Explosive elements from the Explosive Reactive Armor

A video recently surfaced showing a Russian T-80BVM, that has been captured by Ukrainians, missing explosive elements from the Explosive Reactive Armor and instead, has rubber in them. This might first look like Russians do not have explosive elements and instead put rubber of the same size as a cheap replacement. But there is much more here to unpack than might first appear.
