Queensland has declared Greater Adelaide a hotspot due to growing case numbers.
As of 1am Sunday, arrivals into the sunshine state from Adelaide will have to go into home or hotel quarantine.
Queensland Health Minister Yvette D’Ath says it is a matter of time before more cases emerge.
