Israel tells US it’ll take ‘more than ‘several months’ to defeat Hamas in Gaza
Israel’s defence chief says they will need several more months to achieve their aim of defeating Hamas. His comments came as the White House national security adviser arrived in Tel Aviv to discuss a timetable for ending the fighting.
