EU bypasses Hungarian Veto
At least 1,2 billion euros in profits from frozen Russian assets will be transferred to Ukraine, Polish Foreign Minister Radosław Sikorski announced today. The decision was made by EU foreign ministers currently meeting in Luxembourg.
