99% of our Videos are youtube videos
We only embed youtube videos in adherence with youtube terms of Service.
IE : YouTube’s terms of service allow for the embedding of videos as long as the embedding feature is enabled by the content owner. This feature is designed to let users share videos while still driving traffic back to YouTube, where YouTube can display ads and generate revenue.
So if you have chosen the Allow Embedding Feature on your youtube account you have
explicitly granted anyone permission to embed your Videos on their website.
( Please note – You can revoke this option at any time and if you do so, the videos we have
Embedded will disappear. )

This clearly states that the owner of the video grants you a limited license to embed the video simply by leaving the embed option on (which is part of the functionality of the YouTube Service).

As an embedded YouTube video is just a link; no copy of the video is being stored on our server.
Permission Granted: By enabling the embedding option, the video owner is explicitly granting permission for others to embed the video on external websites.
Fair Use Compliance: Embedding a video does not involve hosting or copying the video content on your server. The video remains hosted on YouTube, and embedding simply provides a link to the video that plays within an iframe on your site.
Attribution: Please note we credit all video owners with due accreditation as part of our
Support to publishers and content creators.

Making a takedown request

You must include:
