Ashburton Mayor’s Plea for Help as Region Grapples with Climate Change Once Again

Torrential rain and flooding in the South Island has cut power to thousands and damaged roads, bridges and properties. Now Mayor of Ashburton Neil Brown is pleading for money from the Government to help mitigate the damage caused by an increasing number of climate change-driven events.
