Russia has once again launched dozens of long-range ballistic and cruise missiles, targeting Ukraine’s national energy grid. Authorities said two critical infrastructure facilities were struck in the western region of Lviv, close to the Polish border. Emergency power cuts have been imposed in several regions. Kyiv also came under attack, with hundreds of residents taking shelter in underground metro stations across the capital. The attacks came just one day after Ukraine launched its largest-ever missile strikes on Russian infrastructure. An oil refinery, a fuel depot and an ammunition factory were among the targets hit, some of them around 1,000 kilometers inside Russian territory.
