Russian forces claim that they have captured two more settlements in Ukraine over the past 24 hours. In a briefing, the Russian Defense Ministry stated that its forces launched strikes on the energy facilities of Ukrainian military enterprises, as well as on military airfield infrastructure, alongside areas where manpower and equipment were concentrated.
