Greenpeace activists who scaled Rishi Sunak’s North Yorkshire home in protest against the government’s decision to expand North Sea oil drilling have been released on police bail. Areeba Hamid, Co-Executive Director of Greenpeace UK, told Sky News that “this is personal” and called Rishi Sunak’s plans a “disaster”.
